It is an enormous honor to be the recipients of the CCA award now for 16 years in a row. Since 1989 our focus has been on exceeding our customers’ expectations and earning their trust and winning this award for business excellence is something all our staff are extremely proud of.
What makes you/your company successful?
Since starting Dust Queen Maid Service in 1989 my drive to be leading edge and to be the best has never wavered. Knowing my company is helping people every day and making a difference in their lives is something our entire staff take great pride in.
What is ONE characteristic that you believe helped you through your career?
Perseverance and commitment to always learn, grow and evolve both personally and professionally. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow from.

We have an open door policy in Dust Queen which means we are open to suggestions and ideas for improvement from all our employees and as the CEO if I feel an idea is one that will improve an area of the business then that idea is implemented.

Since 1989 marketing and advertising has changed immensely and is so important to stay current. It’s a learning curve and important to understand so we choose optimally where our marketing and advertising dollars are being spent.
