This only happens when we exercise patience in the process. In my experience, we often will get a third answer that will create the ultimate win, win, win and keep everyone involved.”

Patience also helps in managing expectations, as it recognizes that certain goals and outcomes may take time to materialize. It allows for realistic timelines and provides the necessary space for businesses to cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders, customers, and employees, ensuring sustainable growth and success in the long run.
