Kitchen design made easy with ARKitchen
TORONTO, ON, August 25, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ — Today marks the beginning of a new completely digital augmented reality kitchen design service.
ARKitchen is an iOS App designed to provide consumers the ability to create their own kitchen using augmented reality within minutes. ARKitchen offers the most realistic texture rendering effects and makes use of complex algorithms which generate a kitchen in a users home based entirely on the 2D cabinet design the user selects.
Founder Peter Bugaj says that the new app is a huge development in consumer focused kitchen designing.
“Designing a kitchen is a complicated process. When I went to Home Depot or Lowes and talked to the sales associate to inquire about a kitchen design, I had to schedule a one hour appointment and the sales associate would ask us to select a wooden board style from one of the pictures or samples. I’ve always had a hard time picturing how it would look like in my own house.”
“That’s where the idea for the app came from. Giving users the opportunity to see their kitchen right in front of their eyes.”
The app focuses on ease of use. Users simply insert the dimensions of their kitchen, choose a kitchen layout, select a cabinet design and customize it with different appliances and textures. The app then displays the kitchen to scale just as the user has designed it.
The app also has the ability to share the design with friends or family to get their expert opinion on your design.
The app is available now on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad.
The developers are currently looking to partner up with local kitchen and cabinet businesses to showcase their products in AR. For more information, please visit their website at
ARKitchen is developed by Altered Teapot Corp. It’s a Toronto based Mobile software company that is passionate about building Augmented Reality solutions for home design.
