“Audax” intro video scores big at fashion film festivals 

Rising star mens fashion line Stonefeather sets more street trends with signature crossover pieces that mobilize street, work and art looks. Debuted at the Liberty Fashion and Lifestyle Fairs in Las Vegas and New York, the fall line demonstrates once more that Stonefeather is an up-and-coming young brand to reckon with.

Stonefeather lines have been a success with millennials but cut across ages, too, with street-cred roots that spring from blue collar utility and military influences. The new line shows off details and bold artistic features; attention-getting enough in cut and detail for an urban street but chill enough to carry off a low-key look anywhere. Pullovers featuring a half-length side zipper make a cool look, for instance, while putting a high priority on comfort.

The Fall/Winter ’17 line offers shirt, tee, jacket/coat, shorts/pants and denim pieces. Designers cooked up paneled sleeves, side and off-center zippers and longline layered sweatshirts for a unique look and crowned the collection with sheepskin-look bombers and embroidered souvenir jackets.

The brand has hooked up with artists since the beginning, counting on a young vision to motivate innovation and themed looks. Continuing the concept, the 2017 promotional campaign continues as an open and active project called “Stonefeather stunner,” available via online searches through #STONEFEATHERSTUNNER (or #SFSTUNNER). According to the company the SFstunner campaign is “always open” and always looking for “unique rising stars.”

The fall/winter kickoff made strong use of the SFStunner hookup idea, as the new Stonefeather lookbook video scored major points at fashion film festivals around the world, including a nomination at the 2017 La Jolla International Fashion Film Award (LJIFFF) for “Best Fashion & Best Editing.”

Stonefeather started strong with a 2015 fall/winter release and has built an excellent worldwide reputation since. In the USA, Stonefeather has been a hit at hautelook.com, and has placed their lines in several store chains and boutiques—about 80 boutique and chain stores. This year, Stonefeather also opened an online shop for Korea.
